Foundation Inspections
Visible Foundation, Grading and Drainage Conditions
A foundation inspection documents visible signs of movement and moisture and tells you when an engineer should take a look.
A foundation inspection documents the visible and accessible condition of a home's foundation and the grading and drainage around it. We look for visible signs that may indicate movement or moisture, such as cracks, uneven floors, sticking doors and drainage problems, and we tell you when a licensed structural engineer should evaluate further. We do not provide engineering conclusions.
Centsable Inspections INC's inspection team includes Timothy Thrasher and Neal Thrasher, both CCMI-certified inspectors serving Central and North Alabama. Your inspection will be performed by a qualified member of the Centsable team.
