About Timothy Thrasher
Timothy Thrasher is the founder and lead inspector of Centsable Inspections, Inc. and one of only two Certified Code Master Inspectors (CCMI) in the Birmingham metropolitan area — both of whom work at Centsable. The CCMI designation represents the highest level of building code expertise in the inspection industry, earned through rigorous examination of the International Residential Code and International Building Code.
Tim also holds the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation — InterNACHI's highest generalist credential — along with CCPIA commercial inspector certification, infrared thermography certification, and indoor air quality inspector credentials. As an InterNACHI Partner Instructor, he trains and evaluates other inspectors, which keeps his own knowledge current and at the highest documented level.
His philosophy is straightforward: every inspection is performed as though it's his own money on the line. That means no rushed walkthroughs, no overlooked systems, and no softened findings.
