How It Works

Eligibility, Terms, and Key Conditions

Eligibility: The Buy Back Guarantee applies to home buyers who have their property inspected by an InterNACHI-certified inspector. The guarantee is valid for up to 90 days after closing.

Key Conditions:

• Applies only to home inspections performed for home buyers by participating InterNACHI members.
• Home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.
• Excludes homes with known material defects not present at the time of inspection.
• Program excludes homes used for commercial purposes.
